Beyond the ordinary

Favour Kabia was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and is a passionate woman of faith, entrepreneur, mentor, project manager, and HR professional dedicated to helping people discover purpose and grow both spiritually and professionally.

A proud mother of two vibrant daughters and an extended family of hundreds of sons, daughters, and grandchildren, Favour’s life has always been centered around nurturing and developing others. Having faced significant adversity and personal challenges throughout her life, she has chosen to transform those experiences into purpose. The lessons, wisdom, and resilience she gained through those seasons now fuel her passion to guide others so they do not have to walk through difficult situations alone and can emerge stronger, wiser, and restored.

Favour finds her greatest fulfillment in helping people grow—both spiritually and professionally. Her ability to build genuine relationships and listen deeply to the needs of individuals and communities allows her to create lasting solutions and meaningful impact in every space she serves.

Favour is the visionary behind IMPSalone and Women at the Well, ministries and platforms rooted in faith, prayer, and community support. She believes that every gathering, conversation, and assignment requires God’s grace and guidance, which is why prayer is central to everything she does—before, during, and after every event or engagement.

Her deep love for Jesus Christ and her beloved country of Sierra Leone (Salone) inspired her to launch “If My People,” a ministry dedicated to encouraging and empowering Sierra Leoneans to cultivate a personal relationship with Christ and live transformed lives.

A worshipper at heart, Favour also expresses her faith through music. She has served as a background vocalist (BGV) for various artists and recently stepped forward to release her own single, continuing to use her voice as a vessel to glorify God.

In addition to her ministry and leadership work, Favour is an author, having written “How Can I Say Thanks,” a heartfelt expression of gratitude and faith, as well as “G.R.A.C.E,” a children’s book that helps young readers understand and experience God’s love. Both books are available on Amazon.

Through her life and work, Favour continues to inspire others to walk in purpose, deepen their relationship with God, overcome adversity, and serve their communities with love, wisdom, and grace.
